本研究采用曲线拟合、建立相应回归数学模型的方法 ,定量地描述了γ射线对蔬菜叶片中SOD、POD活性和MDA含量影响的动态过程 ;通过对上述动态方程参数的求解与分析 ,4种供试蔬菜对电离辐射的敏感性依次为落葵、莴苣和生菜、青菜。
In this study, curve fitting was used to establish the corresponding regression mathematical model to quantitatively describe the dynamic process of the effects of γ-rays on the activity of SOD and POD and the content of MDA in vegetable leaves. By solving and analyzing the parameters of the above dynamic equation, The sensitivity of test vegetables to ionizing radiation followed by Lakui, lettuce and lettuce, green vegetables.
