以6家金融企业的243名员工为研究样本,探讨组织公民行为与职业成功的关系,以及组织支持感在其中的中介作用和核心自我评价在其中的调节作用。研究结果表明:组织公民行为、组织支持感、核心自我评价、职业成功四者之间均显著正相关;组织公民行为对职业成功有显著正向影响,组织支持感在其中起完全中介作用,这一中介作用受到核心自我评价的正向调节,这一调节作用具体发生在组织公民行为影响组织支持感的过程中。
Based on a sample of 243 employees from 6 financial companies, this paper explores the relationship between OCB and professional success and the mediating role and core self-evaluation of organizational support. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational citizenship behavior, organizational support, core self-evaluation and professional success. Organizational citizenship has a significant positive impact on career success, and organizational support plays a complete intermediary role. An intermediary role by the core self-evaluation of the positive adjustment, the regulatory role specifically in the process of organizational citizenship affect organizational support.
