企业高技能人才是企业核心竞争力的体现。当前,企业对高技能人才重要性的认知程度越来越高,高技能职工队伍不断得到壮大。尽管如此,高技能职工队伍与企业加快发展的供需矛盾仍较突出,一定程度上影响着企业的转型发展。本文试结合徐矿集团垞城煤业公司高技能职工队伍培养的实际,对制约高技能职工队伍快速成长的问题及下一步工作设想作一浅析。
Enterprise high-skilled personnel is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present, enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of highly skilled personnel, and the contingent of highly-skilled workers is constantly growing. Nevertheless, the contradiction between supply and demand of high-skilled workforce and enterprises to accelerate the development is still more prominent, to a certain extent, affect the transformation and development of enterprises. This paper tries to analyze the problems that restrict the rapid growth of high-skilled workers and the ideas of the next step based on the actual training of highly skilled workers in Xucheng Coal Mining Company.
