小学生是祖国的未来,他们是否具有社会责任感决定将来社会成员是否具有社会责任感。本文针对班级评价模式体系下开展小学生社会责任感培养的实践进行探究。学校通过健全责任感培养制度、建设校园责任教育点、树立责任感学习榜样、学科渗透、编写有关读物等丰富责任教育的途径,同时结合多样的班队、志愿、公益实践活动,培养学生的责任感。教育过程中结合班级评价,在评价过程中使学生不断自我反思、自我纠正,促进责任意识提升。开展责任感培养实践活动,既增强了小学生的社会责任意识,又提高了班主任的班级管理水平,还促进了良好班风、校风的形成。
Primary school students are the future of the motherland. Whether they have social responsibility determines whether social members will have social responsibility in the future. This article aims at the practice of carrying out the training of social responsibility of primary school students under the mode of class evaluation. The school cultivates students’ sense of responsibility by improving the sense of responsibility training system, building a responsible education point on campus, setting an example of responsibility learning, infiltrating disciplines and writing a variety of responsible education such as reading materials. In the process of education, the class evaluation is combined. During the evaluation process, students are constantly self-reflective, self-correcting and promoting awareness of responsibility. Carrying out the activity of cultivating the sense of responsibility not only enhanced the awareness of primary school students’ social responsibility, but also improved the class manager’s management level, and also promoted the formation of a good class and school spirit.
