以酞菁钴与氯磺酸为原料,于130℃合成了四磺酸基酞菁钴催化剂,采用电位滴定法重点考察了该催化剂对模拟汽油体系及加氢汽油中重硫醇的脱除效果。结果表明,所制备的催化剂对大分子硫醇有较好的脱除效果,且在工业条件限制下,最佳反应温度为45℃;催化剂含量越大,硫醇脱除效果越好;正构硫醇及低碳数硫醇的脱除较为容易;可将油品中约100μg/g的硫醇硫降至5μg/g以下,博士实验合格。
Tetrakis sulfonic acid cobalt phthalocyanine was synthesized from cobalt phthalocyanine and chlorosulfonic acid at 130 ℃. Potentiometric titration was used to investigate the effect of the catalyst on the removal of heavy thiol from the simulated gasoline system and hydrogenated gasoline . The results show that the prepared catalyst has a good removal effect on the mercaptan, and under the industrial conditions, the optimum reaction temperature is 45 ℃; the larger the catalyst content, the better the mercaptan removing effect; Removal of mercaptans and low-carbon number mercaptans is relatively easy; the thiol sulfur of about 100 μg / g in the oil can be reduced to below 5 μg / g, and the Ph.D. experiment is qualified.
