1.钢质外结晶器的试验连续铸造工艺,生产铸管情况如图1所示铁水在内、外结晶器的强制.冷却下成形、凝固,并连续不断地拉出。外结晶器的工作条件很恶劣:内壁接触一千多度的高温铁水,外壁接触高压的冷却水,它的工作壁和转角处容易炸裂,一般炸裂情况如图2所示。这使冷却水渗入铁水中发生爆炸,而不能拉管。几年来这是我厂铸管生产的一大难关,也是国内同行业工厂的一大关键。各厂在这方面作了不少的试验研究工作。一般大中型工厂采
