目的探讨螺旋CT与磁共振成像(MRI)对肝癌病灶的检出差异,比较螺旋CT和MRI技术对原发性肝癌病灶诊断的临床影像学特征,为肝癌治疗时确定靶部位积累影像学资料.方法对我院自2010年5月~2011年12月收治的56例原发性肝癌患者进行回顾性分析,对56例患者分别采用螺旋CT检查(CT组)及MRI检查(MRI组),对两种检查方法对肝癌病灶的检出情况进行对比分析.结果 CT组采用螺旋CT检查出49例患者的112个肝内病灶及30例患者的100个肝外病灶;MRI组采用MRI检查出54例患者的164个肝内病灶以及36例患者的143个肝外病灶,MRI与螺旋CT检查方法比较肝内外病灶检出数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对原发性肝癌病灶的检出,MRI检测技术与螺旋CT检测技术比较,其对肝癌的转移灶的检出前者与后者比较具有明显的优势,以螺旋CT检测确定病变区域制定化疗计划时,有针对性的运用MRI技术的影像资料具有重要的参考价值.“,”Objective To compare the differences of spiral CT and MRI in detection of primary liver carcinoma lesions so as to accumulate the comparative imaging information for target delineation in radiotherapy on liver cancer. Methods Our hospital from May 2010~December 2011 admitted 56 cases of primary liver cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed in 56 patients were using spiral CT (CT group) and MRI (MRI group), the two methods for the detection of liver lesions were analyzed. Results Using spiral CT that the CT group 49 patients out of 112 liver lesions and 30 patients with 100 hepatic lesions; MRI group with MRI, that 54 patients out of 164 liver lesions 36 patients with 143 liver outside the lesion, MRI and spiral CT to monitor both inside and outside the liver lesion detection method is the number of statisticaly significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Detection of primary liver cancer lesion detection, MRI detection with spiral CT detection technology compared to its detection of liver metastases of the former and the latter is more obvious advantages to the detection of spiral CT to determine the lesion area to develop chemotherapy plan, the targeted use of MRI technology, image data has important reference value.
