目的探讨原发性非黏液瘤性心脏肿瘤的MRI特征并评价其在心脏肿瘤诊断中的价值。资料与方法1989年1月至2006年9月,对手术和病理证实的27例非黏液瘤性心脏原发肿瘤进行回顾性分析。结果MRI的肿瘤检出率为100%,其中9例(33.3%)MR做出了准确的病理学推断,具体为6例脂肪瘤、2例纤维瘤和1例囊肿;3例(11.11%)淋巴管瘤,MR做出初步的定性诊断;其他类型肿瘤缺乏特异性表现,MR无法做出准确的病理学推断,但为外科手术提供了准确的解剖信息。结论MRI能清楚显示心脏肿瘤及其周围结构(纵膈、肺等),对部分肿瘤可获得定性诊断。
Objective To investigate the MRI features of primary non-myxomatous heart tumors and evaluate their value in the diagnosis of cardiac tumors. Materials and Methods From January 1989 to September 2006, 27 non-myxomatous primary cardiac tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results The detection rate of MRI was 100%. Among them, 9 cases (33.3%) made accurate pathological diagnosis of MR, including 6 cases of lipoma, 2 cases of fibroma and 1 case of cyst. Three cases (11.11% Lymphoma, MR made a preliminary qualitative diagnosis; other types of tumors lack of specific performance, MR can not make accurate pathological inferences, but provide accurate anatomic information for surgery. Conclusion MRI can clearly show the cardiac tumor and its surrounding structures (mediastinum, lung, etc.), and can obtain qualitative diagnosis of some tumors.
