在提出对目前复卷机传动控制系统存在的各种问题的基础上,结合控制系统设计方法及调试经验,设计了以工业以太网Ethernet/IP通讯协议进行数据交换和处理,PLC为控制单元、操作屏为人机界面、PF753变频器为传动单元的复卷传动控制系统。对控制系统中传动点硬件组态和固件更新,以及程序中负荷分配计算、惯量补偿计算和压纸辊自动压力调节等关键部分进行了重点设计。
Based on the existing problems in the drive control system of the winder, this paper designs and realizes the data exchange and processing with the Ethernet / IP protocol based on the control system design method and debugging experience. The PLC is the control unit, Operation screen for the man-machine interface, PF753 inverter drive unit for the rewinding drive control system. The key parts of hardware configuration and firmware update of transmission point in control system, as well as calculation of load distribution, inertia compensation calculation and automatic pressure regulation of platen roller were emphatically designed.
