目的:(1)探讨挫伤性近视治疗前后视觉诱发电位的幅值及潜时变化特征;(2)探讨复方樟柳碱治疗的临床效果。方法:采用重庆大学医电仪器公司产AVS—1000视觉电生理仪,对挫伤性近视患者采用分组测量。结果:(1)治疗前P—VEP P_(100)波幅值降低,潜时延长;(2)配镜矫正后P_(100)波潜时仍延长,而振幅幅值升高明显;(3)治疗组治疗后潜时明显缩短、幅值明显升高,对照线与治疗组比较,二者行t检验差异非常显著;(4)视力的恢复治疗组较对照组平均提高3行。结论::(1)挫伤性近视治疗后,视觉诱发电位变化显著;(2)挫伤性近视有进一步治疗的必要性;(3)复方樟柳矸治疗挫伤性近视效果显著。
Objective: (1) To investigate the amplitude and latent changes of visual evoked potentials before and after contusion myopia treatment; (2) To investigate the clinical effect of compound anisodine. Methods: AVS-1000 visual electrophysiology instrument produced by Chongqing University Medical Instrument Company was used to measure the patients with contusion myopia. Results: (1) The P_ (100) amplitude of P-VEP before treatment was decreased and the latency was prolonged; (2) The latency of P_ (100) ) In the treatment group, the latency was significantly shortened and the amplitude was significantly increased. Compared with the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (t); (4) The visual acuity recovery treatment group increased by 3 lines on average. Conclusions: (1) Visual evoked potentials change significantly after contusion myopia treatment; (2) The need for further treatment of contusion myopia; (3) compound camphor tree refuse treatment of myopia significantly.
