中英项目实施前,康乐地区对教师的评价,是一种传统的教师评价方式,没有发挥出其应有的作用。项目实施后,当地的教师评价出现了一系列的变化,评价内容相对于之前更全面了;评价的主体也由原来的“他评”到注重教师的自评与“他评”相结合;在注重结果的同时也关注教师工作过程的评价。 Before the implementation of the Sino-British Project, the evaluation of teachers in the recreation areas was a traditional method of teacher evaluation and did not play its due role.
