随着预应力钢筋混凝土的发展,冷拔低碳钢丝(以下简称冷拔钢丝)的应用范围也越来越广泛,需求数量也日益增大。近几年来,我们发现冷拔钢丝经调直机调直后,抗拉强度降低,伸长率增大,但反复冷弯次数无明显变化,为此,我们对如何减小抗拉强度的损失值进行了大量的试验,使强度的损失有所控制。本文谈谈有关试验与看法。

In recent years, we have found that after cold-drawn steel wire is straightened by a straightener, the tensile strength decreases and the elongation increases, but the number of repeated cold bendings does not change significantly. For this reason, we have to reduce the loss of tensile strength. A large number of tests have been carried out to control the loss of strength. This article talks about trials and opinions.
