目的探讨大鼠慢性支气管炎形成过程的不同阶段,气道上皮细胞间黏附分子ICAM-1的表达情况。方法混合烟雾吸入法建立慢性支气管炎形成的系列发展模型;SP法测定气道上皮细胞细胞间黏附分子ICAM-1的表达,并与病理形态学改变的半定量评分、支气管肺泡灌洗液中炎症细胞数及分类以及肺组织的髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性进行相关性分析。结果在慢性支气管炎形成过程中,气道上皮ICAM-1的表达呈逐渐上调趋势,与气道病理变化及肺组织MPO活性呈正相关(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论大鼠慢性支气管炎形成过程中,ICAM-1为介导炎症的重要因子。
Objective To investigate the expression of ICAM-1 in airway epithelial cells at different stages of the development of chronic bronchitis in rats. Methods A series of developmental models of chronic bronchitis were established by mixed smoke inhalation. The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule ICAM-1 in airway epithelial cells was detected by SP method. The expression of ICAM-1 was also compared with the semi-quantitative score of pathological changes, Cell number and classification and lung tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity were analyzed. Results The expression of ICAM-1 in airway epithelium was gradually increased in the process of chronic bronchitis, and positively correlated with airway pathological changes and MPO activity in lung tissue (P <0.01, P <0.05, respectively). Conclusions ICAM-1 is an important factor in the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis in rats.
