提出了一种适用于新型偏振光谱仪调制器实验室装调的简易方法。介绍了该方法的理论依据,基于该方法完成了调制器的实验室装调实验。为了验证该方法的有效性,用装调完成的调制器搭建了新型偏振光谱仪实验装置,通过测量得到了由调制器形成的载波信号,并用该载波信号对实验装置的测量数据进行了解调处理。结果表明:在有效测量波段内(525~700nm),以卤钨灯为光源的平行光管直接输出光的偏振度<10%;经过线偏振器起偏后,输出光的偏振度值接近100%。与理论分析的结果一致,验证了该方法的可行性。
A simple method suitable for the installation and adjustment of a new type of polarization spectrometer modulator is proposed. The theoretical basis of the method is introduced. Based on the method, the experiment of modularization is completed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, a new polarization spectrometer experimental setup was constructed by a modulator that was assembled and tuned. The carrier signal formed by the modulator was measured and the measured data of the experimental setup was demodulated using the carrier signal. The results show that the polarization degree of direct light output from a collimator with tungsten halogen lamp is less than 10% in the effective measurement wavelength band (525 ~ 700nm). The polarizability of output light after the linear polarizer polarization is close to 100 %. Consistent with the theoretical analysis, the feasibility of this method is verified.
