在田间试验条件下,以木枣为应试材料,通过两种微生物菌剂对枣树生理及枣果品质影响的研究,结果表明:喷施光合菌剂、生物高钙菌剂和光合菌剂加生物高钙菌剂并追施硝酸铵钙均能提高枣树叶片光合特性及枣果品质.其中光合菌剂加生物高钙菌剂并追施硝酸铵钙效果最为明显,与对照相比,其叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均有显著提高,枣果可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维C含量分别提高了31.2%,56%和29.1%,果实品质明显改善.
In the field experiment conditions, the jujube as the test material, through two kinds of microbial agents on the jujube physiology and jujube quality of the results showed that: the spraying of photosynthetic bacteria, bio-calcium bacteria agents and photosynthetic agents plus Bioaccumulator and topdressing calcium ammonium nitrate can improve the photosynthetic characteristics of jujube leaves and jujube quality.Among them, photosynthetic bacteria and bioaccumulator were the most obvious, and the effect of topdressing calcium ammonium nitrate was the most obvious, compared with the control Chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased significantly. The content of soluble sugar, titratable acid and vitamin C increased by 31.2%, 56% and 29.1% respectively, and the fruit quality improved obviously.
