自1980年以来,我们用活动矫治器配合鞭簧矫治了12例严重扭转牙,均取得了满意的效果。病例选择:前牙扭转超过45°,X线片见扭转牙牙根无短根及弯曲畸形的青少年患者均可使用鞭簧。鞭簧矫治扭转牙的装置包括三部分 1.牙齿上的附件:选择0.5mm内径的圆管约5～7mm长,如无圆管可用0.5mm内径的注射针头代替,用复合树脂粘接于扭转牙唇面的中部,方向与切缘平行。 2.鞭簧:用26号钢丝约2.5～3cm长,一端插入到圆管内,另一端弯制一小钩挂到活动矫治器唇弓或箭头卡上(附图)。在鞭簧中部或近圆管处也可弯制一小圈以减小钢丝的硬性,又可利用此圈栓一细丝线结扎于唇弓上,以防鞭簧脱落。
Since 1980, we have treated 12 cases of severely twisted teeth with active appliances with whip springs and achieved satisfactory results.
