自1997年亚洲金融危机和世界金融动荡之后，相隔10年之久，又发生了当今世界性金融危机，而且，这场危机的深度和影响只是初露端倪，对经济的破坏和创伤尚未完全显示。从科学的理性高度认识金融危机的内在成因或根源，研究和实施化解风险的战略对策，就显得尤为必要和十分紧迫。
