针对矿用局扇对旋风机,建立了三维整机全流场几何模型,采用四面体非结构化的网格进行空间离散,完成了整机的数值计算。主要分析了风机内部特定面处的压力场和速度场的分布规律,揭示了轴流风机内部流场的基本特性。研究结果可为风机的优化设计提供借鉴,对提高轴流风机的整机性能具有重大意义。
Aimed at the mine fan-to-whirlwind fan, a three-dimensional whole-body full flow field model was established. The tetrahedral unstructured grid was used to discretize the space and the complete numerical calculation was completed. The distribution of the pressure field and the velocity field at a specific plane inside the fan is mainly analyzed, and the basic characteristics of the flow field inside the axial fan are revealed. The research results can provide references for the optimal design of wind turbines and have great significance for improving the overall performance of axial fans.
