目的:研究止咳颗粒(黄芩、浙贝母、连翘等)的质量控制。方法:采用薄层色谱法对黄芩、贝母、连翘、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对黄芩苷进行定量分析。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(40∶60∶0.2);检验波长为280nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果:薄层斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷进样量在0.031 8~0.318μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.49%,RSD为0.85%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。
Objective: To study the quality control of Zhike Granule (Scutellaria baicalensis, Fritillaria thunbergii, Forsythia suspense etc.). Methods: Scutellariae, Fritillaria, Forsythia suspensa and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were identified by TLC. The baicalin was quantified by HPLC. The column was a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (40:60:0.2); the detection wavelength was 280 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1. The results showed that the spots of the slices were clear and no interference was found in the negative control. A good linearity (r = 0.999 9) was obtained for the baicalin injection in the range of 0.031 8-0.318 μg with an average recovery of 98.49% and a RSD of 0.85% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, the result is accurate and reliable, which can be used as the quality control method of this product.
