以“一厂两制”的形式在国有企业中创办集体企业,有利子国有企业的发展壮大,有利于调动职工的积极性,解决了部分富余职工的就业门路。十多年的实践已证明,国有企业中的集体企业已成为必不可少的组成部分。本文仅就当前这类企业发展中的几个具体问题进行探讨。
The establishment of a collective enterprise in state-owned enterprises in the form of “one factory, two systems” will benefit the development and growth of the state-owned enterprises, which will help mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and solve the employment situation of some redundant employees. More than a decade of practice has proven that collective enterprises in state-owned enterprises have become indispensable components. This article only discusses several specific issues in the current development of such enterprises.
