目的掌握青岛市2011年放射工作人员外照射个人剂量监测的基本状况,以制定有效的个人剂量监测方案,巩固和促进本地区个人剂量监测工作的发展。方法使用LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光剂量计(TLD)定期监测,建立该市Access个人剂量数据库并使用TLPs软件进行处理分析,依据国家有关法律法规和技术标准进行评价。结果 2011年全市外照射人均年有效剂量位于最低探测水平MDL(0.1 mSv/a)、0.1~1 mSv/a、1~5 mSv/a的人数分别占总监测人数的0.9%、89.6%和9.5%;2011年人均年有效剂量为0.52 mSv/a。结论该市绝大多数放射工作人员的个人剂量水平较低,相应的放射工作环境是安全的;在放射防护实践中应加强重点工种人员的个人剂量监测与防护,同时应强化相关法规的落实和人员培训。
Objective To grasp the basic situation of personal radiation dose monitoring of radiation workers in Qingdao in 2011 so as to formulate an effective personal dose monitoring program to consolidate and promote the development of personal dose monitoring in this region. Methods The LiF (Mg, Cu, P) thermoluminescence dosimeter (TLD) was used to monitor and set up the Access Personal Dose Database in this city. The data were processed and analyzed by using TLPs software, and evaluated according to relevant national laws, regulations and technical standards. Results The average annual effective dose of external exposure in 2011 was 0.9%, 89.6% and 9.5% of the total number of persons surveyed, respectively, at the lowest detection level of MDL (0.1 mSv / a), 0.1 ~ 1 mSv / a and 1 ~ 5 mSv / a %; 2011 annual per capita effective dose of 0.52 mSv / a. Conclusion The radiation dose of most radiological staff in this city is relatively low, and the corresponding radiation work environment is safe. In radiation protection practice, the personal dose monitoring and protection of key workers should be strengthened.
