牛心坨油层2001年后实施分层系注水开发调整,上层系由于储层物性差,注水压力高,油井见效慢,注水开发效果不理想。为摸索改善注水开发效果方式,2008年开展小井距注采井组试验,通过细分注水,调压、二压等完善注采系统工作,注水开发效果明显改善,油藏递减得到控制,为下步小井距扩大规模提供理论依据。
