目的中药呆聪液对老龄痴呆大鼠模型脑组织超微结构影响的研究。方法用海人酸制备老龄痴呆大鼠模型,电镜观察脑细胞超微结构的变化。结果电镜显示,模型组与正常对照组相比,出现了典型的脑细胞超微结构的病理改变;中药大剂量组与中剂量组对老龄痴呆大鼠治疗后,整个神经元及神经胶质细胞都已基本恢复到正常状态。而小剂量组虽-然有改善,但细胞病变仍然较明显。结论中药呆聪液能显著改善脑细胞的超微结构与功能,大剂量组恢复优于中剂量组,存在着明显的剂量依赖关系。
Objective To study the effect of Daicong Solution on ultrastructure of brain tissue in the dementia rat model. Methods The aged rat model of dementia was prepared with kainic acid and electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructural changes of brain cells. Results Electron microscopy showed that compared with the normal control group, the pathological changes of the ultrastructure of the brain cells were typical; the whole neurons and glial cells after the treatment of the aged dementia rats in the high-dose group and the middle-dose group Both have basically returned to normal conditions. Although the small-dose group showed some improvement, the cytopathic effect was still obvious. Conclusion Daicong liquor can significantly improve the ultrastructure and function of brain cells, and the high-dose group recovers better than the middle-dose group. There is a significant dose-dependent relationship.
