1清选,加工油葵种子清选加工,是指通过采用较先进的分选设备剔除掉夹杂在种子中的秸秆、茎叶、空壳、秕粒、草籽、泥沙等杂质,从而提高种子纯净度,力求净度达99%以上,以便下一个流程对种子进行分级、包衣。首先,所要清选种子必须经过充分晾晒,使种子水分降到10%以下;其次,通过调节风量来控制空壳、秕粒和裸仁及其他杂质的分离。通过种子清选加工,油葵种子本身纯净度大大提高,籽粒饱满,纯净无杂。实践证明,清选加工后的油葵种子本身发芽率将提高3～5个百分点。
