我们在后勤工作的实践中不难看到,要端正服务指导思想,全心全意为师生员工服务,就得需要正确思想的灌输,遵循疏导、说服的原则,采取得当的教育方法。思想教育工作这些难以立竿见影的“系统工程”,无疑是摆在后勤党组织和各级领导者面前的长期而艰巨的任务。面对后勤众多的服务行业,星罗棋布的服务网点,参差不齐的文化水准,难以集中的地点、时间,如何有效地做好思想教育工作,不断提高后勤职工的思想素质,确实存在着诸多的难点。
It is not difficult for us to see in the practice of logistics work that we must rectify and serve the guiding ideology and wholeheartedly serve the teachers and students. Therefore, we must instill the correct ideas, follow the guiding principles of persuasion and persuasion, and adopt proper methods of education.
