随着我国特色文化旅游产业的不断发展,融入更多文化附加值的“新型”出行方式开始受到各界关注。特色文化旅游产业与旅游职业从业者关系密切,特色文化旅游产业发展对相关职业教育提出了更高要求,但现阶段我国职业教育普遍存在发展速度过快、师资及监管不到位现象,造成职业教育教师专业发展定位不准确,职业教育专业化不足。鉴于此,本文以茶文化为例,首先阐述了茶文化旅游产业的现状和存在的主要问题;其次从茶文化旅游产业视角解析旅游职业教育教师专业发展的定位。通过树立旅游职业教育教师专业发展理念,提升教师队伍素质,规范教师业务水平,使旅游职业教育走上专业化道路,以期对我国旅游职业教育教师专业发展及第三产业效益提升有所借鉴和参考。

In view of this, taking tea culture as an example, this article first expounds the current situation and main problems of tea culture tourism industry. Secondly, it analyzes the orientation of professional development of tourism vocational education teachers from the perspective of tea culture tourism industry. By establishing the concept of professional development of teachers in tourism vocational education, improving the quality of teachers and standardizing the professional level of teachers, tourism vocational education has taken the road of specialization with a view to reference and reference to the professional development of tertiary vocational education teachers and the tertiary industry in China .
