目的:探讨去髓术与根管治疗术一次法治疗慢性牙髓炎患者的临床效果。方法:抽选慢性牙髓炎患者81例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(40例)均实施传统分次根管治疗,观察组(41例)则实施去髓术与根管治疗术一次法治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果差异。结果:观察组患者近期治疗有效率95.1%,对照组患者近期有效率85.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者长期治疗有效率97.6%,对照组患者长期治疗有效率90.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:去髓术与根管治疗术一次法治疗慢性牙髓炎患者在近期以及长期均有着良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of one-time demyelination and root canal therapy on patients with chronic pulpitis. Methods: A total of 81 patients with chronic pulpitis were enrolled in this study. The random number table was divided into two groups. The control group (40 cases) received conventional root canal grafting. The observation group (41 cases) And root canal treatment of a treatment, the difference between the two groups of patients treated. Results: The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 95.1%, while that in the control group was 85.0%, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a good therapeutic effect in both immediate and long-term treatment of patients with chronic pulpitis by one-time demyelination and root canal therapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
