纵观最近几年的高考命题,我们发现试题在考查知识的同时更加注重能力的考查,并在考查学生的“历史素养”方面有所体现,更好地贯彻了课堂标准所倡导的理念,因而在高考指挥棒的作用下,在日常的历史课堂教学中也应对此给予高度的重视。下面笔者以“罗斯福新政”为例,就如何在备课过程中培养学生的“历史素养”做一探讨,以更好地凸显课程“灵魂”的统领作用。
