电力企业营销管理工作的服务对象是用电客户,对用电客户的档案信息进行准确及时的了解是供电企业服务质量的保证,也是电力销售的基础和前提。客户档案是电力企业中用户用电信息的集中体现,电力营销管理工作与客户档案的各种信息关系密切,因此加强客户资料信息的建设、完善客户档案管理工作是营销管理工作顺利开展的前提。
