心肺复苏是通过人工呼吸、胸外人工按压和电除颤等手段帮助心脏骤停患者恢复自主心跳和自主呼吸的一种急救急诊技术。由于患者在就诊和抢救的过程中形势危急难以明确心脏骤停的病因,同时心肺复苏的确切机理目前仍然存在争论,导致抢救无法准确进行。随着超声诊断技术的提高,可以实时监测心肺复苏期间的心脏节律、收缩功能、血流动力学,还可借助超声诊断辅助人工气道的建立,本文就超声检查在心肺复苏中相关应用进行综述。
