本文测定226例喉癌、26例炎症,27例良性肿瘤和58例正常人血清唾液酸(SA)和急性期蛋白(APPs):前清蛋白、α1—抗胰蛋白酶、α1—酸性糖蛋白、触珠蛋白、转铁蛋白含量,探讨SA和APPs对喉癌的诊断价值。将上述测定值经判别分析法,采用计算机辅助进行判别诊断。结果发现:喉癌治疗前和正常人判别诊断与临床、病理诊断之符合率为88.8%;新病例(前瞻性判别)符合率为86%。喉癌治疗无复发和复发之判别符合率为89.5%;新病例判别其符合率为86.1%。炎症、良性肿瘤对判别无明显干扰。结果表明:SA与APPs喉癌诊断有临床应用价值。
In this study, serum sialic acid (SA) and acute phase proteins (APPs) were determined in 226 cases of laryngeal cancer, 26 cases of inflammatory disease, 27 cases of benign tumor and 58 cases of normal people: prealbumin, α1-antitrypsin, α1-acid glycoprotein, Haptoglobin, transferrin content, explore the diagnostic value of SA and APPs on laryngeal cancer. The measured value of the discriminant analysis, the use of computer-aided diagnosis. The results showed that the coincidence rate of differential diagnosis between normal and pre-laryngeal cancer patients with clinical and pathological diagnosis was 88.8%. The coincidence rate of new cases (prospectively discriminated) was 86%. The coincidence rate of non-recurrence and recurrence of laryngeal cancer was 89.5%. The coincidence rate of new cases was 86.1%. Inflammation, benign tumor no significant interference on the discrimination. The results show that: SA and APPs laryngeal cancer diagnosis has clinical value.
