研究了碱性电弧炉卤水镁砂炉衬烘烤时的排气规律,指出这种炉衬烘烤时有两个大量排气的温度区间,若在此两区间内升温速度过快,会造成炉衬疏松甚至崩裂,影响使用寿命。提出以气体排净为炉衬烤透的标志,而为排净气体并不需要很高温度,因此建议广泛采用电炉炼钢车间的各种余热,以进一步节能。鉴于目前各电炉厂的采用整体振动成型修筑电弧炉炉衬,提出采用清水或其他高温粘结剂代替卤水的新课题。文中对烘烤时的分解作了较详细的理论分析,为合理制定这种炉衬的烘烤制度提供了理论依据。
The rule of exhaust gas during the firing of magnesia linings in alkaline arc furnace is studied. It is pointed out that there are two large exhaust gas temperature ranges during the firing of the linings.
