从2010年7月起,安徽铜陵全市撤销街道办事处。铜陵模式是在中国实行基层行政改革的大背景下进行的,内含于行政区划改革这一具体形式中,在介绍我国基层行政改革发生的总体背景基础上,本文针对“铜陵模式”的成效及其在发展过程中存在的问题提出相应的建议,并展望我国基层行政改革的未来方向。
From July 2010 onwards, Tongling City, Anhui revocation of the street office. Tongling model is carried out under the background of the implementation of grassroots administrative reform in China, which is embodied in the specific form of administrative division reform. On the basis of introducing the general background of grassroots administrative reform in our country, this paper aims at the “Tongling Model” Effectiveness and its problems in the development process of the corresponding recommendations, and look forward to the future direction of our grassroots administrative reform.
