哪些病人不宜吃冷品很多人喜欢吃冷品,对于患有某些疾病的人来说,冷食过多是有害无益的。冷饮中的雪糕、冰淇淋等主要是由奶酪、蛋白质、糖、香精等制成,胆固醇的含量都较高。患有高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、血脂高的病人不宜多吃,因为这些冷饮的刺激,会使血管收缩、血压升高,致使病情加重,甚至有发生脑溢血的危险。
