Reported tomato juice residue left in the process of crude protein containing about 29%, some people use this for feed, it was also suggested as a human new protein resources. This paper reports the results of the Ohio Center for Agricultural Research and Development in the United States. They measured the protein content and the percentage of amino acids in persimmon seeds collected at various maturity stages and compared them to other high quality proteins.
