成年日本大耳白雄兔行双侧输精管结扎手术。实验结果表明,各月份血浆睾酮测定值与对照组比较无显著差异。按血清抗精子抗体滴度分组,比较各组家兔血浆睾酮水平,显示血浆睾酮水平与血清抗精子抗体滴度无相关。睾丸间质细胞计数观察结果是,结扎组与对照组比较无显著差异。证明输精管结扎对血浆睾酮无影响。
Adult Japanese big-eared white rabbits undergo bilateral vasectomy. The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference in the plasma testosterone values between the various months and the control group. According to the serum anti-sperm antibody titer group, the plasma testosterone levels in each group were compared, showing no correlation between plasma testosterone levels and serum anti-sperm antibody titer. The results of testicular stromal cell counts showed that there was no significant difference between the ligation group and the control group. Demonstration of vasectomy has no effect on plasma testosterone.
