合成氨厂用的高压容器,是氮肥制造设备中最主要的装备之一。一套年产25000吨合成氨的高压容器,由水洗塔、锏液塔、碱液塔、滤油器、合成塔、氨分离器、氨蒸发器、冶凝塔及水冶凝器等九种容器粗成,其工作压力大多为130~320公斤/厘米~2,工作介质主要为 H_2、N_2、NH_3等。本文就当前年产25000吨合成氨高压容器焊接生产中的一些问题,主要是层板包扎式的容器筒壳、高压管及某些内件的焊接工艺(本文—至五节)与材料(本文第六节),提出几点个人的看法,谬误之处,希望大家指正。
