自由、自主、自发的游戏活动是幼儿一日活动中最感兴趣的活动。孩子们在创游中去学习,与同伴协商、合作、体验不同角色,真正做到在游戏中与同伴进行有效配合,达到了往来互动的目的。我们班是中大混龄班级,班级幼儿年龄的差异会造成幼儿对游戏角色的认知、理解的不同,故而在游戏中交往的能力也参差不齐,如何有效地提高我班混龄幼儿在游戏中的交往能力,从以下几点进行了分析。
