法律是具有约束力的社会规范,由国家强制力确保实施,是规范个人和企业行为的基本准则,实现社会共同利益的行为基础,为社会和谐稳定和经济发展提供了前提保证。企业作为社会经济发展的有力推动者,自身生产、经营和发展皆离不开法律的保障,企业诚信经营,遵纪守法是企业的基本义务,是保证企业发展方向和活力的重要基础。本文中,笔者将重点论述企业如何开展普法教育工作,提高企业自身及内部员工的法律知识,使企业成为遵纪守法,维护法律尊严的典范,同时确保企业的发展始终沿着正确的轨道前进。
Law is a binding social norms, ensure the implementation by the national force, is the basic norms to regulate the behavior of individuals and businesses, the basis for the realization of the common interests of society, to provide a prerequisite for social harmony and stability and economic development. As a powerful promoter of social and economic development, enterprises are inseparable from the law in their production, operation and development. Enterprises operating in good faith and law-abiding are the basic obligations of enterprises and an important foundation for ensuring the development direction and vitality of enterprises. In this article, I will focus on how companies carry out legal education, improve their own legal knowledge and internal staff, so that enterprises become law-abiding, maintaining the dignity of the law model, while ensuring that the development of enterprises has been along the right track.
