Construction of distinctive corporate culture, is the admission of enterprises into the 21st century tickets. Economists predict that the 21st century Chinese enterprises will be cultural enterprises. This is due to the profound changes that have taken place in the external environment for the survival and development of enterprises, and the enterprises' own behaviors must be adapted to them.
