加强管理工作,是节约原燃材料和降低生产成本的重要一环.几年来我厂通过加强计划管理、经济核算等工作,对重要原燃材料的消耗定额有了一定的控制.但制度尚不够完善,以至还有多领宽用、大材小用、随便挪用等浪费现象.为了更好地做到物尽其用,进一步降低消耗定额,更多地节约国家资金,我厂根据专业管理与群众管理相结合的原则,自1960年10月开始,实行了凭流通券限额发料的办法,
Strengthening management is an important part of saving raw materials and reducing production costs.
