目的了解吸毒人群中HGV、TTV重叠感染状况及其影响因素。方法采用现况研究,整群抽样法抽取某女性戒毒所和某男性戒毒所中的吸毒人员590名,通过问卷调查收集吸毒者的有关资料并采集血清标本。用ELISA法检测血清中抗-HGVIgG及抗-TTVIgG,并用SPSS12．0对数据进行统计分析。结果吸毒人员中HGV阳性率为8．81%,TTV阳性率为24．75%,二者重叠感染率为7．80%(46/590),男性、女性重叠感染率分别为2．44%和12．87%；经x~2检验,低文化程度组与高文化程度组HGV、TTV重叠感染分别为8．98%和5．29%,差异无显著性(P＞0．05)；注射吸毒组与非注射吸毒组HGV、TTV重叠感染率分别为8．86%和6．11%,差异无显著性(P＞0．05)；有婚外性行为和无婚外性行为的吸毒者HGV、TTV的重叠感染率分别为7．98%和7．19%,差异无显著性(P＞0．05)；扎耳环孔组和未扎耳环孔组的HGV、TTV的重叠感染率分别为12．03%和3．08%,差异有显著性(P＜0．01)。经Logistic回归分析,性别、文化程度低是HGV、TTV重叠感染的危险因素(OR=1．98)。结论吸毒人群是HGV、TTV重叠感染的高危人群,性别、文化程度低可能是吸毒人群中HGV、TTV重叠感染的危险因素,吸毒方式、性行为等与HGV、TTV的重叠感染率无显著相关性。
Objective To understand the prevalence and influencing factors of HGV and TTV in drug addicts. Methods Based on the current situation and the method of cluster sampling, 590 female drug addicts in a female detoxification center and a male detoxification center were collected. The questionnaires were used to collect the relevant data of drug addicts and collect the serum samples. Serum anti-HGVIgG and anti-TTVIgG were detected by ELISA, and the data were analyzed by SPSS12.0. Results The positive rate of HGV among drug addicts was 8.81%, the positive rate of TTV was 24.75%, the overlap rate of HGV infection between the two groups was 7.80% (46/590). The overlapping infection rates of male and female were 2.44% And 12.87%, respectively. There was no significant difference in HGV and TTV overconfidence between low education group and high education group (8.98% and 5.29%, respectively) by x2 test. The infection rates of HGV and TTV in injecting and non-injecting groups were 8.86% and 6.11%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions The drug addicts are the high risk groups of HGV and TTV overlap infection. The low sex and education level may be the risk factors of HGV and TTV overlap infection among drug users, and there is no significant correlation between drug abuse and sexual behaviors, and the overlap infection rates of HGV and TTV .
