介绍旋臂式模型旋翼机动飞行试验机(简称旋臂机)的信号测试、数据采集系统、旋翼转速控制、旋转大臂转速(模拟前飞速度)控制系统和旋翼桨距操纵控制系统。传感器为三分量天平和扭矩天平。旋翼和旋转大臂转速采用闭环精确控制。旋翼桨距操纵由主从计算机系统实现数字控制,满足机动飞行试验科目的桨距变化要求。
This paper introduces the signal testing, data acquisition system, rotor speed control, rotating boom speed (simulate forward speed) control system and rotor pitch control system of rotary arm model rotor flight test machine. The sensor is a three-component balance and a torque balance. Rotor and rotary boom speed using closed-loop precision control. Rotor pitch control by the master from the computer system to achieve digital control to meet the requirements of maneuver flight test subject pitch changes.
