宁波推进和谐社会建设,已具备了良好的条件和基础,但也面临着许多压力和挑战。为此,必须全面把握宁波发展的阶段性特征,深入分析影响社会和谐的各类矛盾,扎实做好各项基础性工作。今后五年是和谐社会的基础建设阶段,要围绕构建和谐社会的总要求,紧密联系宁波实际,着力务实物质基础、民生基础、制度基础、基层基础、思想基础和平安基础等“六大基础”。
Ningbo has already put in place good conditions and foundations in advancing the construction of a harmonious society, but it also faces many pressures and challenges. To this end, we must fully grasp the stage characteristics of Ningbo’s development, thoroughly analyze all kinds of conflicts that affect social harmony, and do a good job in various basic work. The next five years will be the stage of infrastructure construction for a harmonious society.
