为探讨透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅳ型胶原(IV-C)三种成份水平在矽肺引致的间质性肺部疾病中变化的意义。用放免法及酶联法测定172例各期矽肺患者血清中的含量。结果表明;各期矽肺患者血清中HA、LN和IV-C水平均较正常对照组增高。(P<0.05—P<0.001)。三项成份检测的灵敏度和特异性分别为HA98.3%和93.9%,LN87.2%和69%,IV-C76.7%和54.0%。三项联合检测可使灵敏度高达99.4%。此外还提示血清中三种基质成份的浓度与矽肺病情进展及纤维化程度密切相关。
To explore the significance of the changes of three components of hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and type IV collagen (IV-C) in interstitial lung diseases caused by silicosis. Using radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked assay of 172 cases of silicosis in patients with serum levels. The results showed that the serum levels of HA, LN and IV-C in patients with silicosis were higher than those in the normal control group. (P <0.05-P <0.001). The sensitivities and specificities of the three components were HA98.3% and 93.9%, LN87.2% and 69%, IV-C76.7% and 54.0%, respectively. Three joint detection can make the sensitivity up to 99.4%. In addition, it is also suggested that the concentration of three matrix components in serum is closely related to the progression of silicosis and the degree of fibrosis.
