一、前言目前国内外对使用高速烧嘴的工业炉都有了一些研究应用,但是目前对使用高速烧嘴的工业炉的设计仍缺乏可靠的计算依据。本文采用试验方法,用模型炉膛研究其流场,再用数值计算方法,计算实际炉膛的速度场及温度场。与实验结果对照,初步研究了炉温均匀性与速度场的关系,对今后的工业炉设计具有参考意义。
I. Preface At present, there are some researches and applications of industrial furnaces that use high-speed burners at home and abroad, but the current design of industrial furnaces using high-speed burners still lacks a reliable basis for calculation. In this paper, the experimental method is used to study the flow field with the model furnace, and then the numerical calculation method is used to calculate the actual velocity field and the temperature field in the furnace. Compared with the experimental results, the preliminary study of the relationship between the uniformity of furnace temperature and the velocity field has a reference meaning for the design of industrial furnace in the future.
