压力控制电液伺服阀的输出特性是指以输入电流或控制压力为参量的一族输出压力-输出流量曲线。这些曲线是伺服阀稳态特性的全面概括,也是求取加载装置的某些重要特性的依据。本文首先分析了压力控制伺服阀中液流作用于阀芯的轴向液动力,包括零位附近负遮盖区内的液动力及阀芯位移大于负遮盖量时加载与卸载过程中的液动力;进而根据力平衡原理导出伺服阀的输出特性方程并绘制出无量纲特性曲线族;最后介绍了根据伺服阀输出特性估算加载和卸载时间的方法。
Pressure control Electro-hydraulic servo valve output characteristics refers to the input current or control pressure as a parameter of a family of output pressure - output flow curve. These curves are a comprehensive summary of the steady state characteristics of the servo valve and are also the basis for determining some important characteristics of the loading device. In this paper, firstly, the axial hydrodynamic force acting on the valve core by the liquid flow in the pressure control servo valve is analyzed, including the hydrodynamic force in the negative covered area near the zero position and the hydrodynamic force during the loading and unloading process when the displacement of the spool is greater than the negative cover amount; Then according to the principle of force balance, the output characteristic equation of servo valve is deduced and the dimensionless characteristic curve family is drawn. Finally, the method of estimating the loading and unloading time according to the output characteristics of servo valve is introduced.
