主要针对宝钢高炉风口中套内无氧铜和Q235钢两种材料的焊接工艺进行研究。通过对两种材料的焊接性能进行分析,确定了对应的焊接材料和焊接参数,并通过现场实验,最终制定了适合铜钢异种材料在高炉中套在线检修的不预热状态下的焊接工艺。
Mainly for Baosteel blast furnace tuyere sleeve oxygen-free copper and Q235 steel two kinds of welding material technology research. Through the analysis of the welding performance of the two materials, the corresponding welding materials and welding parameters were determined. Through the field experiments, the welding process suitable for the on-line overhaul of the copper-steel dissimilar materials in the blast furnace was finally made without preheating.
