前言为保证产品的焊接质量,除提高焊工技术水平,严格实施焊接参数和操作规程外,加强焊接材料的管理也是重要的环节。焊接材料管理不善会造成各种问题,甚至会造成质量事故。所以,焊接现场的施工人员(包括焊工在内)都要了解和掌握这方面的知识。本文以结构碳钢电弧焊接用材料(焊条、焊丝和焊剂)为重点,介绍一些焊接材料管理方面的知识,供参考。
Preface In order to ensure the quality of welding products, in addition to improving the technical level of welders, strict implementation of welding parameters and operating procedures, the strengthening of welding materials management is also an important part. Poor management of welding materials can cause problems and can even lead to quality accidents. Therefore, the construction site workers (including welders, etc.) must understand and master this knowledge. In this paper, the structure of carbon steel arc welding materials (electrodes, wire and flux) as the focus, introduces some knowledge of welding material management for reference.
