目的 观察川芎嗪 (TMPR)对不同状态下脑细胞内游离钙离子浓度的影响。方法 分离新生大鼠大脑皮层细胞 ,用Fura 2 /AM作为荧光指示剂 ,测定静息状态和激动剂存在时脑细胞内 [Ca2 +]变化。结果 川芎嗪0 0 1mmol/L和 0 .0 3mmol/L对高钾 (4 0mmol/L)及去甲肾上腺素 (NA :10 -6mmol/L)引起的脑细胞内游离钙离子浓度增高有明显的抑制作用。结论 川芎嗪对KCl和NA所致的新生大鼠脑细胞内 [Ca2 +增加有阻滞作用。
Objective To observe the effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMPR) on intracellular free calcium concentration in brain cells in different states. Methods Neonatal rat cerebral cortical cells were isolated and Fura 2 /AM was used as a fluorescent indicator to measure [Ca2 +] changes in brain cells in resting state and in the presence of agonists. RESULTS: Tetramethylpyrazine 0-1 mmol/L and 0.03 mmol/L significantly increased intracellular free calcium concentration in brain cells induced by high potassium (40 mmol/L) and norepinephrine (NA: 10 -6 mmol/L). The inhibitory effect. Conclusion Ligustrazine can block the increase of [Ca2 +] in brain cells of neonatal rats induced by KCl and NA.
